GGL RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

GLAMOUR GENIUS LONDON (GGL) operates a policy procedure in circumstances where the customer seeks to return purchases that they are unhappy with.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds on returned products will be offered in full on the following grounds:

  • Goods purchased via high-end beauty products supplier GGL must be returned within 14 days of purchase starting with the date of the relevant receipt and following email notice (which quotes your order no and order date) to WriteTo@glamourgenius.co.uk of intention to return goods along with reason(s) for return;

  • Except for damaged or faulty goods, returned goods must be returned in a saleable condition; this is, without broken seals, damaged inner or outer packaging and more importantly, unused;

  • Offers such as gifts applied to purchases being returned by the customer must (unless otherwise specified) also be returned for a FULL refund to be issued;

  • Returned goods must be addressed to Glamour Genius Returns at an addressed communicated as the address for returns or as marked on the receipt or on postal label -again within 14 days of your purchase receipt starting with the date of the relevant receipt;

  • GGL shall endeavour to issue a full refund 14 days after receiving goods that are returned in accordance with the above policy; and

  • Refunds will be issued to cards with which payment has been made and in the name of the payment card holder, Paypal account or the owner of any payment method used to make the relevant purchase.

Damaged or faulty goods are only eligible for an EXCHANGE on the following grounds:

  • Notice of damage/fault must be given to WriteTo@glamourgenius.co.uk within 14 days of the payment receipt with supporting photographic or other relevant evidence of such damage/fault;

  • GGL shall be entitled to request (at GGL’s costs and subject to the customer’s proof of postage) the return of any damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of the payment starting with the date of the receipt and prior to exchange by GGL; and

  • GGL shall endeavour to exchange damaged or faulty goods 14 days after receiving email notice and supporting proof of product damage or fault from the customer.

SHIPPING

Discretionary shipping outside the United Kingdom is available via GGL.

Standard Royal Mail tracked shipping  cost is £3.95 with a delivery window of 3 to 5 business days.

Express 24HR tracked shipping via Royal Mail costs £5.95 and is available via drop down option at checkout.


International shipping cost is £15.00.
